Tim has been an active investor in a number of industries including media, technology and resources. He holds several other Board positions with private companies and has a Bachelor of Business degree from UTS.

MORGAN BARRON
Non-Executive Director

Morgan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 13 years in corporate advisory and has advised and guided many companies undertaking fundraising activities in Australia and seeking to list on the ASX. In addition, he has been involved in many corporate reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions and has played a key role in the re-capitalisation of a number of ASX companies.

ROGER STEINEPREIS
Non-Executive Director

Roger has a law degree from the University of Western Australia, was admitted as a barrister and solicitor fo the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1987 and has been practicing as a lawyer for over 25 years. He is the legal adviser to a number of public companies on a wide range of corporate related matters, with a focus on company restructures, initial public offerings and takeovers.

NICK CASTLEDEN
Non-Executive Director

Nick is a geologist with over 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development industry. Having worked in various exploration, geological and management roles with well-regarded Australian mining companies including Mt Isa Mines, Perilya Mines, MPI Mines, LionOre, and with corporate firm Verona Capital, Nick has extensive operational experience in Africa, North and South America and across Australia.

KIM ECKHOF
Non-Executive Director

Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia and has previously worked in the Equity Capital Markets team at Azure Capital in Perth. Following that, Kim spent 5 years at RFC Ambrian in London where she focused on raising equity capital and advising junior mining companies. Kim is currently working with Medea Natural Resources in London, a corporate advisory firm focused on strategic, equity and debt advisory to natural resource companies.

CHRIS HUISH
Company Secretary

Mr Huish is an employee of Ventnor Capital Pty Ltd and has 14 years’ experience from both the UK and Australian corporate sectors.  Mr Huish has extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance, equity capital markets, corporate governance, statutory and regulatory reporting and compliance, dealing with the ASX, ASIC and other authorities for both listed and private corporations.  Mr Huish is also a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
